As one that is a big Marvel fan, and a Telltale fan, I have been waiting for this game since It was "Untitled Marvel Telltale Series". So I've had a lot of hype put behind this game, and let me tell you It paid off pretty well.
The story starts with the Guardians (in this iteration is Star-Lord, Drax, Gamora, Rocket, and Groot) finally beating Thanos in a fight and its about the aftermath and realizing even if the biggest threat in the galaxy is gone, here is still a threats. The writting is done very good and was very good at making it stand apart from the movie. The Thanos thing was a very bold move, since he is the big bad guy of the Marvel Universe and literally broke Captain America's Shield. But much like other Telltale games there is a lot of character depth in this episode. My personal favourite is how Star-Lord is shown in this Episode. I was intentionally worried about someone apart from Chris Pratt as Star-Lord but the Voice Actor who plays Star-Lord (Scott Porter) didn't try to up Chris Pratt but just set himself apart from the movie version of the charter.
The gameplay was much like other telltale games with some more combat elements thrown in there. Played well. Not much to say in this category.
The graphics are somewhere in between classic Telltale graphics and a bit of a realism effect added in. Hard to explain but you'd have to see it.
I played on my pc and I have a 1060 and a i5-650 and I ran it on pretty much max settings and it ran flawlessly.
Long story short is that if you are a Telltale or Marvel fan you will probably enjoy this. If your not familar with anything Guardians it might pay off to read about it since it kinda just throws you in.
