Ive never been a street fighter fan but ive always enjoyed picking up the fight sticks once and a while. I bought street fighter 4 yesterday and im surprised it is as fun as it is. Ill find myself playing hours online and then some matches with a friend in VS. a great thing they did was no matter what character you use its balenced, ull never lose because the of the character you use.

The fighting system is very deep as well as easy to get into. I have the 360 version and dont mind the 360 controller that much but hardcore fans should try the ps3 version or buy the madcatz controller. Its almost impossible to not be able to find someone you dont like to play as, and if you are having trouble learning some moves the challenge mode can help you learn some starter and advanced moves.

The online is smooth with no lag, i would also like to point out i have a terrible internet connection and it still worked and i had no lag in any matches. The matchmakings fast and if you have a bad connection like me just create a game and in a matter of seconds youll be smashing fists.

some of are aspects of the gameplay are the super moves, ultra moves, and the NEW focus attacks which act as your counters. The super moves charge up as you deal damage and the terrifying ultra moves build as your opponent dishes out damage to you.

I would have to say street fighter 4 sets the bar for the next fighters to come. buy it without thinking but if you have never played fighters still give it a chance.
