It's about time too.
Super Stardust is a game which many people will
find as an old school game. That is true this game is very old school
and has that simplicity of old school games. You play as a ship and
have to destroy all of your enemies. Sound familiar?....
Yep. Expect this game is 3D and they put asteroids into the mix. So now it looks like this:
And
it works. The gameplay get really intense with hundreds of objects on
screen and not the slightest drop of framerate . There is also Co-op in
here as well, and that can get pretty intense, but there is no online
Co-op, which sort of ruins it since we expect that in a game now a days.
This
game is also VERY HARD. Once you play it you understand why it is the
first game for the PS3 that has trophy support. Its insanely hard, even
on the first level, and you will love every minute of it. You will
never want to stop playing this.
So even if this game doesn't
have online Co-op, this game is a perfect addiction to you PS3 hard
drive. Super Stardust HD gets a Five out of five.
