Rag Doll Kung Fu is pretty fun when you first start out. But, once you play for a while, it gets really boring and repetitive and boring.....oh, did I mention it was boring?
This game comes with a tutorial section, which works really well. It teaches you the basics of the game really easily. But, once you get into the advanced stuff, that's where the weakness in this game is. Say you want to throw someone in the air and them hit him with three fireballs? You would first hit him so he is in the air, shake the controller, air for him, the press square. Then repeat for two more times.
The sixaxis controls are really unnecessary, and you wonder why they don't map those controls to the sholder buttons. Doing something badass is really hard to do when you have to shake your damn controller the whole time.
That's is one of two of my complaints. The other one is lack of online interactions. There are only about twelve trophies, and you wonder why they can't come up with anymore......because the game is so damn short. Also there is no onle what-so-ever, but there is local.
Back to the short gameplay. There is a challange mode, which serves as the story. You do these challanges, and once you do all of them you get a trophy. But, you have to meet requirements to finish the challanges, and if you last longer, it gives you a silver or gold. There are only about ten challanges, and that's why it's so short.
So, if you got this for free as part of the deal, good for you because I don't think you should pay for this game. If you payed for this game, I fell sorry for you. Unless you think the game is amazing, then I really fell sorry for you. Two out of five.
