On a rainy Sunday, I was sitting alone at my house, when I had a small surge of impulsion strike me. Amidst the mass of homework I was given, I decided to treat myself and get Gears 2. Let's just say I made no mistake that day. Apart from not doing my homework for a week, I feel no regret in purchasing that game. I played it, and I must admit, I was impressed. The gore revivified my imagination, and my mind was running fresh. The visuals astounded me, and how the Xbox's specs could render such wonderful imagery. Thank god there was a story this time, as it was more interesting the plunge hours into this game. I was also amazed by the brand new level design. Every level had an epic set piece that astounded the eyes and frizzed the brain. There is so much in this game to explore and delve, and the experience never gets old. I enjoyed the game's small character development, as it was a small change of pace. In any case, if you own and Xbox 360, this is a must-buy!
