Think back about 2 years, remember the release of what I regard as one of the best 4X TBS, or maybe even one of the best games of all time. Galactic Civilizations 2: Dread Lords . I am very glad to say that the game has been improved on wonderfully since beta. The developers have done exactly what all developers should do when incorporating Open Betas into their development process. Let’s start with Graphics. One word here, prettyfull.
