Brutal Legend is incredibly repetitive. When playing the game for the first time, I assumed it would be pretty repetitive but it seemed like the game struggled to move forward. The hack n' slash aspect of the game is pretty decent overall, but the RTS aspect lacks in depth. While an RTS isn't usually too good on the console, I felt that Brutal Legend could have made more of an effort to refine the RTS part of the game. It can be easily completed in around 3-4 hours, and the story is not all that enticing. I give it a 3 out of 5
