Shadow of the Colossus

PS4 -incredible sense of AWE -makes me understand the people who hate the Metro games' dedication to realism vs fun. Metro you have to manage gas filters and wipe your gas mask and burn cob webs - I love that stuff. In this your horse is a bitch to control and you have to hang on as you are flung around on the colossus then have 2 seconds to climb and repeat. This games dedication to the immersion make me want to never, ever fucking play it

-direction control coming out of the bubbles or even dashing can sometimes be frustrating, feel like it went diagonally when I was hold left. Feel the need to exaggerate holding up/down, left/right at times. -should be able to turn off ALL story stuff, especially after finishing the game. replaying levels for collectibles and having to skip story stuff is very annoying -Titanfall 2 of platformers! Mechanically similar and built around different mechanics for each level -ton of stuff. Main story, strawberries, crystal hearts, B-sides, PICO-8, apparently C-sides -chapter 7 is an amazing "cumulative" final level, chapter 8 is maybe my favorite mechanically
