The very first game I ever finished. I played a ton of Nintendo games growing up, but I only ever beat one.
And I found all of the secret endings of levels, and completed Star Road! This was the first game I ever found every secret thing in.
One of those games that you just can't put down. I think I played this game for years, and I still will pop it into my Gameboy from time to time even now.
This was a game that I had to go back to years later to beat. I was stuck on a the 7th dungeon for years. I would restart games and play thinking I had missed something, only to get caught at the same place. Then I figured it out, and felt really stupid in the process. *Hint to younger self: Use the flame wand you dumbass!*
I love Doom.
...and I love Doom II.
What can I say, killing Nazis was enough to get me from beginning to end of all the chapters.
I used cheat codes. I felt bad about it but I did clip through a few walls towards the end. Some day I'll go back and beat this one without cheating.... Maybe.
My husband bought me this game when we were first going out. One of the many reasons I married him. Oh, and one of the reasons I beat the game as well. I couldn't not beat a game that someone gave to me.
Yes I beat the single player campaign. Not really a feather in my cap since it's just a series of maps and bots, but I did get to the end and frag the last bot.
