Story completed - 03/01/2025 Glad I decided to finish this after thinking about ducking out very early on. The combat system is a bit shit, but the exploration was great and it was very charming bar some awful sections.
Story completed - 05/01/2025 Got wrecked on normal mode, so restarted on Recuit. Going to play again with the expansion on Normal.
Story completed - 13/01/2025 Finally got the elusive blue orb that was missing for like 4 playthroughs in a row. Yes, it was in the most obvious place.

Story completed - 20/01/2025 This was a blast from the past. I played the absolute shit out of back in the day. It's as spammy and clunky as I remember. So glad I read about the difficulty issues before I started as every enemy had about 20x the amount of health they needed even on easy.
Story completed - 27/01/2025 A fun Onimusha-like, with a more in depth parrying system. The pacing is all over the place, but it didn't detract from it really.
Story completed - 02/02/2025 A real odd entry in the series story wise. I was surprised at how well the time shenanigans were utilized in the gameplay. It also somehow gets better as it goes along. Pure banter seeing Jean Reno beat the life out of Ranmaru Mori.
