The biggest time dump of any game I've played this year deserves my top spot. There's plenty of glitches but the story and the overall gameplay trump them easily.
One of the most emotionally engaging games I've ever played. A fantastic storyline covering a huge expanse covering two countries and thousands of things to do. Even though a rushed through it in a quick week it was enough to convince me to always have a place on my shelf for this game.
When you fix almost everything there was to complain about the first game and streamline 99% of the rest and still make it a long and engaging game, you know it's an excellent addition to this year's heavy hitting roster.
A game so overthetop I had a hard time keeping a straight face throughout the entire playthrough. Be it through laughter, joy, or utter frustration, this game deserves a top spot for me.
