These aren't just games that came out and I thought "Hey that looks good, I'd like to play that eventually". I actually paid money for these and have them in my library (or they are on gamepass) and I just never found the time to play them this year. Turns out, a full time job and 2 kids under the age for 4 makes it hard to find time for games. This is essentially a preview of my "top games I played in 2021, even if they didn't come out in 2021".
