These character's are really something special. Someone took a lot of time to make sure they would be remembered and aren't generic.

SHORYUKEN! Yes, I am that guy who plays Ken. But it is because I have been playing Ken since I was 6 on SNES Street Fighter II, so cut me some slack.
My first RPG character. I love Cloud for his looks, spikey hair, huge ass sword and confused depressing brain.
I love Sqaull. Call him "emo" but to me he is one of the more realistic game character's personality wise I have come across.
The man himself. I do not like "Old Snake"'s look at all. MGS2 "Snake Pliskin Mullet" Snake is my favorite.
Thane is just so awesome. He sticks out for me as the best character in the Mass Effect universe. He is an assassin, but he has a heart. He is badass but he still has emotion.
Male Default Shepherd all the way. I know you make him the way you want, but my Shepard came back to life in ME2 with a slight badass edge.
Most hilarious evil villain. Needs to be on this list.
