The original was my personal GOTY 2008. While I'm quite undecided about whether or not this sequel needs to exist, I'm still more interested than my cynical nature should allow. So yeah, in theory I'm probably against it but in practice I'll no doubt get it as close to Day One as finances will allow.
Actually, some of the new aliens look kinda goofy and akin to creatures from some homage to 50s sci-fi B-movies. But it still all looks pretty fun and I think we all reckon the series needed to change its shit up.
I didn't even know about this game until today, but man am I impressed. One to watch for.
Here's hoping that this is one of those (too few and far between) reminders as to why I own a Wii.

I'm way more excited about the hardware, but seeing as I can't add the 3DS as a game I'm anticipating, this will do.
