This list will focus on what games I consider to have the best soundtrack, music, or scores. 52 of them, because music is one of the many things I look for in a video game, as I cannot play a game with terrible music.
Game compilations will be excluded, but I will also consider crossovers as long as most of the music is different (remixed, changed in any form, edited) or is original for the game. I will also consider games based on movies or TV shows, and will only include one version of the game per list.
These games aren’t necessarily good or bad, but as long as they have good music they will be considered.
This list is subject to change if I’m introduced to new media, or my opinions simply change.

Let’s just say that the earlier composers working for Sega between 1995 and 2010 created some great music.
Is it wrong to include a crossover game on this list? Nope! It’s like Sumo Digital knew what we wanted in terms of music, brining back many of our favorites from previous games to listen to during selective matches, AND restoring/remaking several other songs from classic Sega titles, including the main theme of Space Harrier, which was a drag to listen to in its arcade form.
