Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

1. Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain

Everything about playing this game feels so good. The shooting, the fultoning, the movement. The menus are bad and the free-to-play stuff is bad and the story is bad, but whatever.

Rocket League

2. Rocket League

This game is so good!

Her Story

3. Her Story

Great murder mystery in an interesting format!

The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

4. The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt

Really enjoyed everything except for the main story. Fun wandering around and doing sidequests for HOURS. It's a shame they finished making it after I finished playing it.

Cibele

5. Cibele

Extremely personal, engaging story!

Rare Replay

6. Rare Replay

Due to a bug in this game, I STILL have never beaten Jet Force Gemini. Maybe next-next gen!

Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin

7. Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin

Stopped playing when I got to another pitch black area. Really hate those. But still a fun, challenging game. Having enemies that eventually stop respawning makes the game much easier...you can methodically clear out entire levels without stress. Maybe it's not in the spirit of a Souls game, but it's much more relaxing.

Hand of Fate

8. Hand of Fate

Combat was basically Batman, but still a fun game. Cool mash-up of deck building and action game.

Halo 5: Guardians

9. Halo 5: Guardians

That...is another Halo.

Mortal Kombat X

10. Mortal Kombat X

I think I only played 10 games that came out in 2015, so this one makes the list by default!
