Absolutely the gold standard for multiplayer tetris-based medieval defense simulation.

2. Dragon Quest Heroes: Rocket Slime

Mecha-Castles piloted in some cases by Mecha-Slimes. This is like liquid joy being poured into my eye sockets.

5. Castlevania Puzzle: Encore of the Night

An indulgence perhaps to call the gameplay a "castle-fighter", but I am firmly in the 'Vaniac camp of "This castle is a creature of Chaos." A title worth experiencing if you have the mobile device of champions.

Bejeweling the fuck out of some drawbridges.

8. Stronghold

I was hoping for more strangling and crotch targeting, but it's not that "micro" a sim.

9. Stronghold 2

At some point, you have to run out of bricks and stone, right? You just can't keep rebuilding.

10. Stronghold 3

Almost two years to the day from S2. Looks like they added some fetchez la vache moments!
