Onomatopoeia in titles. Always a personal favorite.
Titles that are questions are unusual enough, but "Do You Like Horny Bunnies?" is highly exceptional. What's better is that you can speak the title to a friend without context and tell them that it's just the title of an adult video game and not actually anything creepy. Then you get to realize that bringing up adult video games in conversation is in fact creepy.
Still a fan of the Homestarrunner series, even after all these years. What puts this particular title over the edge is the fanservice.
I don't have any idea what this game is about. I didn't even know that they were making games for Amiga in the 90's. But damn.
Really I thought this was a thread title the first time I saw it. That's probably a bad thing by the way.
