A collection of my favorite characters from all of the great video games I have played. All of these characters are ones who I would classify as memorable and they've stuck with me even after beating their games.

Kanji is definitely one of the most complex and layered characters I've ever encountered in a video game. His conflicts and issues confronting his own sexuality as well as his his issues in dealing with other people made him resonate with me in a very real way. He's an innately likable character, and his voice actor does an excellent job at bringing him to life in many ways.
