I like games.
I didn't get to play as many of them as I'd like this year in part due to the persistent nature of the games I HAVE been playing (ffxiv, super mega baseball, valorant). Oh, and also because I'm making my own game!
Honorable Mentions: Helltaker, Phasmophobia, Satisfactory, THPS1+2.

I love doomy turtle!!!!
I got to gold on two accounts, one playing with friends and the other solo. Now I don't get to play it often enough to not be afraid of queueing by myself.
It's fun! Doesn't feel quite as special as beating the first Dark Souls, but it's good.
Enhanced edition came out. This game is fuuuuun. Even if the person I was playing with yelled at me for messing around while they were trying to get stuff done in town. :>
I like baseball. A lot. Go ahead and make your "haha dog chase balls" joke. It has co-op and is on PC, that's AMAZING. Goofy graphics aside, it's really fun to play.
Deep Rock is a good game about ruining planets. GIVE ME LADY DWARVES.
I 100%'d this game. It's a fun little rogue-lite with plenty of replayability.
I haven't played this game enough to place it higher on the list, but from what I've played I have enjoyed it. That being said, there are a few things that have turned me off of it -- which is rare for a supergiant games game.
I completely forgot this game came out this year. It kept me sane during my 5th semester of college.
It's pretty good, but I also like Souls games (obviously).
