I thought 'Why not?' and I am glad that I did. Undoubtedly my Game of the Year for 2017.
The story in this game is pretty incredible.
The story mode is not great, but I could (and did) play that sandbox mode for tens to hundreds of hours.
I bought this last year, but played only an hour before I realised I was not in the mood for Dark Souls. So I played it this year instead, and for me this is probably the perfection of the Dark Souls formula.
