stuff I finished in 2018

To be updated so I have some actual data at the end of the year, and don't forget everything. (Not just 2018 releases to be included)

Tacoma

Tacoma

An excellent premise and world, with a lacklustre finale leaving me wishing it had been longer to accommodate a more substantial ending.

Valley

Valley

I actually don't own this (thanks family sharing!). The best parts of this game involve running *really really fast* down hills, through tunnels and soaring through the air. Terrible but easy combat wrapped in a fairly interesting story makes playing the game between these segments tolerable, and hey - the voice acting is good which is going to improve any story.

Night in the Woods

Night in the Woods

Charming, sometimes annoying characters strike a far deeper story than the inital opening expects. Although I didn't like this as much as others, I'm glad I played it.

Snake Pass

Snake Pass

Innovative, fun play on a genre which appears to be cursed for all eternity with occasionally awful cameras

SOMA

SOMA

Amazing story when I wasn't lost. Safe mode still creepy Sea spiders are completely uncalled for, but hey.

The Walking Dead: Season Two

The Walking Dead: Season Two

Quite enjoyed this, although it took me 2 months to play. Once you accept your choices don't matter telltale still write good drama

Finding Paradise

Finding Paradise

All the charm of To The Moon again with a less depressing story. Some jokes went over my head from a bird story/to the moon though, it's been too long.

Quarantine Circular

Quarantine Circular

Maybe the interface was better suited to robots, but overall another good installment

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Uncharted: The Lost Legacy

Despite thinking the end of uncharted 4 was the end of uncharted, this one was just as good

God of War

God of War

Pretty good, technically incredible but didn't engross me like it did others.
