I imagine it would have helped for me to have had friends. With this game. But that wouldn't help my issue with Criterion throwing out what I loved so well about the prequels (3 and Revenge) The whole stopping and turning around felt perverted in the context of the franchise and the races where for fucking orienteers. I appreciate that it was a successful ambitious game in it's own right, but it aint right that it has Burnout written on the box.
