A specific phrase that gets attached to a specific character, something they are known for saying.
The comic relief is a character, other than the main character, who is meant to add humor and lighten the mood of the game. These characters are usually very dumb or very witty, and are usually very talkative.

An evil organization is a group of super-villans who are hell bent on world domination or something of a similar nature. Usually defeated by a single Spy/Superhero/Average Joe/small child.
Henchmen are the loyal grunts caught in between the player and the main antagonist. Without them every game would be nothing more than a boss battle.
Ivysaur is a Grass/Poison-type Pokémon found in the original Pokémon Red/Blue. Ivysaur uses the bulbous growth on its back to attack its opponents.
Juggler is a Pokémon trainer that can be found almost anywhere. He has many Voltorbs and some of the Jugglers even have mysterious ties into Team Rocket.
Koffing is a poison-type Pokémon first found in Pokémon Red/Blue. Koffing makes guttural sounds of saying its name before emitting a toxic cloud of fumes that poisons opponents, earning it its name.
Meowth is a normal-type pokemon found in the original Pokemon Red/Blue. Meowth enjoys collecting pretty coins so be careful! If Meowth makes you faint, it'll take half your money!

Raticate is a normal type Pokémon that evolves from Rattata.
A boss that players fight multiple times throughout the game. They usually follow the player as they progress.
Rocket Grunt (Known as Rocket in Generation 1) is a low ranking personal in the Rocket Organization that frequents the Pokemon world. They use a wide variety of pokemon, but most commonly are seen with zubats, koffings, and ekans.
Scientist is a Pokémon trainer within the Pokémon universe. He could be considered an adult version of the Super Nerd because they look alike and use the same types of Pokémon.
For the discerning Pokémon connoisseur, these are the rarest of the rare. Their special colors make them highly prized, and a welcome addition for anyone. They've been around since the Pokémon Gold/Silver era, and are still found in recent Pokémon titles.
Team Aqua is one of the two teams players can interact with during Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald.
Alias "GR-Dan", it is unknown what their connection with Team Rocket is, other than their nefariousness and usage of Team Rocket themed cards.
Team Magma is one of two teams that players can interact with during Pokemon Sapphire, Ruby, and Emerald.
A malicious organization run by Giovanni and featuring the former leaders of the other antagonist groups from throughout the Pokémon series.
A malevolent character whose goals are evil in nature. While villains are commonly featured as antagonists, not all antagonists are necessarily villains.
