Just as Nell used to give the player battle plans and instructions in the earlier games, Rachel is there to lend a helping hand and introduce your objectives as Orange Star in Dual Strike. She has a serious case of little girl syndrome when it comes to taking insult, being very easily offended despite her apparent desire to be taken seriously.
In-game Description
A young Orange Star CO. She strives to follow in the footsteps of her big sister, Nell. Brings a breath of fresh air to her units. Her troops are quite hardworking, and they increase base resupplies by one.
Gameplay Effects
Dual Strike
- All units on cities and bases will heal up to 3 HP per turn instead of 2.
- CO Power: Lucky Lass. Three stars. Dispersion of her units' attacks improves to potentially dealing 40% more damage than expected. 10% strength bonus to all units.
- Super CO Power: Covering Fire. Six stars. Launches three AI-controlled silo missiles at the enemy, targets determined by highest cost in damages to enemy. 10% strength bonus to all units.
- Tag Team Attack Modifiers: Sasha, 105%. Jake, 120%. Nell, 130%. Von Bolt, 90%. Koal, 65%.
