    Andy is a CO for Orange Star during the Advance Wars games, playing a happy-go-lucky kid who cares for everyone and is never reluctant to help his friends in combat. He is the most well-rounded character in any Advance Wars game. While he has no outright advantages, he has no disadvantages either, leaving every strategy on the table for an Andy player. His CO Powers revolve around healing his troops, an ability that is welcome in every situation.

    • No weaknesses or strengths.

    • Super CO Power: Hyper Upgrade. 6 Stars. Heals every unit you own 5 HP. 30% Attack bonus, 10% Defense bonus, and 1 movement for all units.
    • Tag Team Power Ratings: Nell, 105%. Sami, 105%. Max, 110%. Eagle, 115%. Hawke, 105%. Von Bolt, 90%.
