Advance Wars 2: Black Hole Rising
Adder is a Black Hole commanding officer that first appeared in
Advance Wars 2. His pale skin and purple hair set him apart from other COs but his most defining characteristic is his ego. Adder is a narcissistic man who sees others beneath him and isn't concerned about anything but his own needs and his face. One of his worst habits is constantly underestimating opponents, preferring to insult them instead of taking them seriously. He often blames his failure on others or the weather.
Adder's command style is based on speed. His troops are average but he has one of the shortest CO meters in the game. This allows him to use his powers, Slideslip and Sidewinder, more often than other COs, giving his forces movement bonuses to get across battlefields faster.
CO Stats:- CO Power: Sideslip- 1 movement and 110% defense to all units.
- Super CO Power: Sidewinder- 2 movement and 110% defense to all units
Advance Wars 2 Campaign
Adder is given the task of conquering
Yellow Comet and goes up against Kanbei, Sonja, and Sensei. Despite his use of underhanded tactics and weapons like the Laser Turret, he is forced to retreat. His last appearance as an enemy is the
Green Earth mission "To the Rescue".
Advance Wars: Dual Strike
Adder appears as an unlockable CO in
Advance Wars: Dual Strike but does not take part in the campaign mode. He has a tag break with
Koal, who has similar abilities.
