Overview
The company's first title, Gods andamp;amp;amp; Heroes earned many awards at E3 2006 (Concept), but financial problems kept the game from ever reaching an actual release. The game was playable by the public via a beta test that lasted since October 2006. In October of 2007, development on Gods & Heroes was put on indefinite hold in order to focus their efforts on the newly acquired Star Trek (Franchise) license. By January 2008, Perpetual had transferred all rights to the Star Trek Online (Game) license and game assets to Cryptic Studios (Company). On February 25, 2008, the company shut down entirely, declaring bankruptcy.
