HAMSTER Corporation was formed on November 11, 1999, having been spun off from Toshiba-EMI's games division. While they've developed and published a variety of games across multiple platforms, they are best known for the Arcade Archives (Franchise) and ACA Neo Geo series, which emulates old Arcade (Platform) and Neo Geo (Platform) games on modern consoles.
