I wish I could remember the exact quotes I've loved.
One was in one of the Lego games discussions and it side tracked somehow into sexual fantasies or something and someone said something crazy. Another one someone was talking about trying to find Warcraft and how they had searched illicit sites as well.
Either the "itsa me" in the darth vader voice, or the time they were talking to the guy who emailed in saying he usually falls asleep while listening to the bombcast.
I have quite a few favorites actually.. One that comes to mind was the exchange between Alex, Ryan, and Jeff one time during the intro. It was Alex's first time in the actual Giant Bomb offices:
Ryan: "You're here, this is your first time here in the Giant Bomb offices." Alex: "I am in...." Jeff: "THE BOMB SHELTER!!" Ryan: "We don't call it that!" Jeff: "We don't call it that!" Alex: "But you just did." Ryan: "No, we don't" Jeff: "We don't." Alex: "But you just did."
I can't remember how it went exactly, but the reaction to the email of the guy who wrestled his friend and one of them got covered in shit was pretty damn funny
I cannot remember the direct quote, but I remember it was an email that was read when the only 2 people were Ryan and Jeff.
It was about how one guy's sister put a piece of american cheese on her pop-tarts and then melted it as she toasted the pop-tart, and then ate it.
All i remember was Jeff going "UHHHHH!!!!" and then Ryan said "That's guhhh-rooossss"

My favorite would be was when they were discussing playing wii music at e3 and Ryan said the notes to the Mario song were not on screen and Jeff said "that's stupid!"
When they were discussing the Atari Motion Picture: Jeff: That movie totally ends with some Nintendo guy saying "So we have this Famicom thing" - and then a guy at Atari just goes "Maaan..." - BOOM! DONE!

lol I remember that one. I can't even count how many times the bombcast almost made me crash into another car out of laughter.
This just goes to show the basic truth about the Bombcast(and really, by proxy The Hotspot): more than an informative gaming podcast, the Bombcast is effectively a comedy show. It's like the ones you see on T.V, only good. Personal favorite quote so far? For me, its probably the bit about Dave Letterman's Time Trotters. It's funny AND sad!
One new fave is from the "day 3 or 4" episode of the E3 coverage. Seeing "FA FA FA" at first was like "huh?" but to finally see it in context generated quite a laugh.
The whole MGS4 special was fantastic. I can't remember exact quotes, but when they were talking about the Screaming Mantis bit and calling the colonel to help. :D
In the last e3 bombcast they we're talking about how you can do taunts in Saints Row 2, and Ryan referenced a saying from Shaq of "hey tell me how my ass tastes", then Jeff went on to say that it be sweet if they made a game called "Tell me how my ass taste Shaq Fu 2" I lol'd.
When jeff was talking about playing Fallout and wanted to shoot some guy in the back of the head befor the E3 demo was over. He in fact failed, but the guy said "Ima F*@# your S*%$ up" in return.
