@ethanielrain: fallout 4 is leagues better. It was playable hours and hours and never once crashed or had a stuck animation. MEA was broken day one and was an unplayable mess. It just can't rank higher than fallout 4 which admittedly had some concept and story flaws but was a well made game overall.
The switch is the nail in nintendos coffin for me. I honestly loved the Wii U for the most part and they just gave up on it. The switch is a badly put together system with controllers that are too small and a screen that scratches if a strand of hair falls on it. The launch lineup is weak and the 2 best games are on Wii U also. As a Nintendo owner since 1986 it is with a heavy heart that I completely cut them out of my gaming life. They are just a bad company and I just can't support them any more.
@jimbo: I agree with everything you said except that it improves upon its predecessors. Oblivion and morrowind are vastly superior And are way more fun to play. I have bought every es game on day 1 and while I had some fun with skyrim it was the least enjoyable entry in the series for me.
@undefined: only reason I don't jump back in is cause I already platinumed it. I would change nothing about that game except to add more levels so I could keep going.
As someone who got red ringed and screwed by ms during the 360 era and being sol when I got a PS3 and wanted to play with 360 friends, I am totally fine with sonys refusal to cross platform. It's not the most consumer friendly but it really sticks it to Microsoft which is always ok in my book.
