I messaged here, on the GB discord, and replied directly to any support tickets. I do have meetings where I'm constantly bringing up the video issues. it was planning on being done in the last quarter but the bandwidth didn't allow it. I'm hoping to hear more about it at the next meeting.
@qazmoto: I cannot locate your ticket please at least privately or here in this thread reply with the email you used. Otherwise, it'll be gotten to while going through the queue.
@baltimore Your permissions are fine. The engineering manager made a P2 ticket, meaning it'll get looked at right away. If you reach out via the support desk(https://giantbombhelp.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new) which is admittedly a little behind because of the holidays I can also get a more formal resolution in place for you.
