More games need to have sing-along parts. It's a big reason of why I played Fortnite, to turn up the radio.
Also, if anyone would've told me that you'll get a sentient barrel in Triangle Strategy, I might have given it another shot (if it was in the next 2-3 hours of that game)
I have a lot of similar feelings about all these games. They're working on a Marvel Snap unranked mode btw... Which will arrive much later. Inexplicable.
Go back to Bayonetta 3 sometime. It's not gonna be as good as the second, but it has videogame-ass videogamey-ness in it. I liked it more once I finished it.
I haven't heard about Dome Keeper until today and today I've heard it multiple times. I'm kinda mad about it that it was kept secret from me, but I'll add it to the endless list of potential interests, grumble grumble.

Having no lists coming really is the nail in the coffin. It finalizes that the 'new' Giant Bomb is several steps behind what once was. Devolution, not evolution.
As a B-tier specialist, check my blog portfolio, I had to pause the video to say that category was the worst discussion I've heard on Giant Bomb in years. Really disappointed with how it was tailored to specifically one game. No arguments, no cases made, no deliberation.
The magic of B-tier is that it can come from any quality level and any budget. It's a game with just the edges a little bit off. That is, indeed, not an indication of quality, but more an indication of inexplicable quirks. Who made this? Why did they make it this way? No one knows. Like putting Twitter on a quality fridge. There was no magic here; it was just a few people who wanted to see specifically one thing win and then, wooow big surprise, it did win. And nothing else did. It literally proves that this was a foregone conclusion. Very deflating moment. I don't expect much, it's your list, but I did expect better here. As a personal affront to my weird little lane, I'm angry, I'm sad; but mostly, as stated, I'm disappointed.
Still like the format, all that jazz. I bought Super Kiwi immediately after hearing Jeff Gru praise it. I like when people are passionate about shit. Though, now I'm probably a little more worried what that means for the harder categories tomorrow. I mean, technically. I know it's going to be disappointing in one way anyway. See you tomorrow 💜
