Overview

The Wrecked Ship is an area on the surface of the planet Zebes (Location) in Super Metroid (Game). It is accessed from Crateria (Location). When first accessed, the ship has no power, disabling the operation of most doors, save stations, and the worker robots scattered through the area. When the power is off, ghost-like entities appear and disappear while attacking Samus. After the area boss, Phantoon (Character), is defeated, the power is restored and the ghosts disappear. Regular enemies appear throughout the ship at this point. Several areas of the ship are flooded with water and require the Gravity Suit (Object), earned by killing Phantoon, to navigate.
