Yendorian Tales Book 1 is a role-playing game released in 1992 by Spectrum Pacific Publishing. Its adventuring style is similar to Ultima 4, but its combat style is similar to the AD&D CRPGs also from the 1980's to early 1990's. Players who enjoy such games may also enjoy Yendorian Tales Book 1.
 Before starting the game, a party of up to six characters must be created. The available classes are miner (fighter), rogue, cleric and wizard. The party begins the game in Saccate, a mining town. Explore the town, talk to people and learn about the world of Yendor and its growing monster infestation. As the party ventures out further from town, the monsters get stronger so the party will also need to power up by buying better equipment and leveling up. Eventually the party will discover the source of the evil monsters and the objective becomes clear: stop the villain and save Yendor.
