In Video Reflex, the player must step on bugs that appear on the screen, while avoiding butterflies. Other levels have two bugs and a butterfly and may allow the player to step on any bug or may require you to step on them in a certain order.
Video Reflex was the second pack-in title (along with Video Jogger (Game)) with the Foot Craz step controller, which predated Nintendo's similar Power Pad by several years.
