Type Knight is a game where the player must use his or her typing skills to survive against hordes of skeletons.
Description
Type Knight is an atmospheric typing game featuring a knight purging the forces of evil from a cemetery. Various types of enemies appear as the waves get tougher. The goal of the player is to reach the highest score possible by chaining attacks and keeping up with the combo meter.
Features
The game features a dynamic weather system where rain, thunder, fog and wind will form naturally. An original soundtrack was composed by Serp0. The player can set-up custom games by importing text from the clipboard and/or disabling any characters desired. For example, the player could practice using only the home-row of his or her keyboard. Enemies would be restricted to words only containing characters from that row. A statistics system logs the score, words-per-minute and character accuracy of each session the player finishes. The information is then displayed on graph accessible from the main menu.
