Popstar Maker is a band managing simulation for the PlayStation, developed by Teque Software for Eidos Interactive, and was published in 2001.
The game is meant to simulate a band manager's experience. It starts of by giving you a choice of members for your band, all of whom have various skills points, which can be trained in respective schedules training sessions. You then proceed to manage the everyday actions of the band, including writing songs in an in-game editor (or buying pre-written songs of higher quality), booking recording sessions, and managing the release of singles and albums across the various territories. You can also schedule concert, and watch you band perform the songs.
