Overview
PlanTechtor is strategic planning and first person action wrapped in a VR package. Levels have a pre-game phase where the player must devise a plan. Once confident, they can attempt to execute it against a real-time horde of invaders.
Pre-Game
The player needs to come up with a plan in order to survive the level. This consists of designing weapon loadouts, examining the quest info, and exploiting the powered-up combos for the level.
The goal is to create broken, overpowered synergies between the 3 weapons. The player must be confident with their plan, because starting the level locks in their choices. 3 weapons, 9 skills, and dozens of combos means lots to explore.
The Action!
Once the level starts; the invaders will flood in. They are on a mission to destroy the player's castle and consume the world. Survival will require fast reflexes, quick decision making, and masterful aim.
