A heavily modified festival version of Mushihime-sama.
Mushihime-sama Cave Matsuri Ver 1.5 is a heavily modified version of Cave's 2004 bullet hell shoot 'em up Mushihime-sama. It was released May 28, 2011. An Xbox 360 port will be released as DLC for Mushihime-sama HD. Whereas the original Mushihime-sama featured only three modes, this features six: Normal Original, Original Max, Normal Maniac, Maniac Max, Normal Ultra and Ultra Max.
