Overview
McKenzie & Co. is an FMV otome dating sim developed by Her Interactive, in which the player must find a date for the upcoming prom. There are two playable characters to choose from - Kim and Carly - and four potential love interests to pursue. The "More Friends" expansion pack adds two more boys.
Gameplay
The story is largely played out in full-motion video clips, interspersed with dialogue choices. However the player must also manage their school work and social life by going to the right places at the right times, completing various puzzles and mini-games.
The Company
Kim and Carly are part of a tight-knit group of friends called The Company, the other members being Elizabeth, Trish, McKee, and Sam. They recently bought a car together and named it "McKenzie":
