Eternal Eden
2D Japanese-style RPG for the PC by Blossomsoft. It is notably the first commercial product created using RPG Maker VX.
Eternal Eden tells the story of three children living in paradise. Everything is provided for them with one condition: they must not eat from the forbidden tree. Unfortunately, the children give in to temptation and they are thrown into a parallel world of darkness... Can they survive to see paradise again? The game follows their journey as they try to save their universe from original sin through two parallel worlds, akin to Zelda: a Link to the Past and Chrono Cross. A direct sequel titled Eternal Eden: Ecclesia was in the works, though this standalone follow-up was cancelled and is planned to be included into the upcoming reboot of the original game.
