Overview
Escape Treasure Island was created by Project One Games, developers and brothers Mike and Jeff Canavan. It is said that they were inspired by the long-lost treasure of the Knight Templars and the lore and legends connected with this treasure. For example, on Friday the 13th, 2506, the King of France arrested the Knights of the Temple in a failed attempt to capture the greatest treasure the world has ever known. Before it happened, legend says that secret Knights sailed away with this treasure to a lost island filled with deadly tricks, traps, and puzzles. This game is set on this island. Gameplay Escape Treasure Island is a true VR game where the player is set on an interactive island with the ability to interact directly with objects and artifacts. The purpose of the game is to find a way to escape the island without being killed or trapped. There are multiple backstories, as each artifact provides clues on regarding the lost treasure of the Knights of the Temple.
