Command Ops 2 is a unique real time strategy game that places you in the role of the commander and not some all seeing eye in the sky. Your intel is only as good as your troops on the ground. Orders are performed by the CO's on the ground to the best of their abilities.
The game is unique in the way it sets up the battlespace. Instead of hexes it has a fully 3d battle map. There are no turns, all orders are executed in real time. The game does offer different speeds and the ability to pause and give orders. Order level for each scenario can range from immediate, to painfully realistic. The game engine will adjust order times to simulate the time it takes to send the orders, receive them, and finally execute them.
