Ball Breakers, known in Europe as MoHo, is a top-down sci-fi physics-action game developed by Lost Toys and published by Take 2 Interactive for the PlayStation (Platform) in North America on July 26, 2000 and in Europe on August 4, 2000. It later received a PC (Platform) release on November 3, 2000 and a Dreamcast (Platform) release on November 24, 2000, both exclusive to Europe.
The first of two games from Lost Toys (comprised of former Bullfrog members), Ball Breakers is set in a futuristic inter-galactic prison planet, where humanoid convicts participate in gladiatorial competition for freedom after transforming their pair of legs into rolling balls.
Each level includes one of seven objectives, from defeating other inmates in direct combat to racing against the clock (or other inmates). The game features a physics system that utilizes terrain deformation.
There's also two bonus modes that involve manipulating a normal ball towards the goal by using a beam to raising terrain: Golf (Concept) (which involves using a powered beam to launch the ball) and Beam (which involves using a continuous beam to roll the ball).
