Torygg is a non playable character that appears in the Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim. He was the Jarl of Solitude and the High King Skyrim until he was killed by Ulfric Stormcloak, the act that started the Civil War in Skyrim. He can be met by the Dragonborn in Sovngarde.
