The Nintendo Wii is a home video game console released on November 19, 2006. The Wii's main selling point was the innovative use of motion controls that its signature Wii Remote and Nunchuk controllers allowed for. It became the best selling home console of its respective generation of hardware.
The Wii is now done, what is the best Wii game?

Predictable story? There is no way you finished that game.
I'll be the first to admit it, I have an unreasonable habit of dropping games I can't derive any enjoyment from 40 hours in.

Good thing that doesn't stop you from making statements about the story as a whole. You should check out my review of the Sixth Sense. Of course, I ultimately didn't finish it because of its predictable "child psychologist treats deranged child" storyline.
After Twilight Princess in '06 it pretty much all went downhill, so I'd have to say that. I can honestly say that's my 3rd favorite Zelda game (coming from an avid fan).
Monster Hunter Tri was pretty neat, too, but certainly not on that level.

I thought it'd be self-evident that I was talking about the story only up to the point I'm familiar with, I'm not that unreasonable. The point I was making is that the story wasn't interesting enough for me to suffer through the unrewarding combat.
Rune Factory Frontier. Here's my review. I loved that game.
The Wii has been an interesting console. I have come to learn that it is normal by the standards of a Nintendo platform, at least since the N64, to play only a few games throughout the generation and feel generally satisfied with the purchase. Both the 64 and the GameCube were released when I still relied on my parents to purchase software for me. I played the ever-loving shit out of everything I had back then, because I got maybe two or three games a year. I have been financially independent since the Wii released and I hop on there maybe once every six months or so. It's a new experience for me.
