I only met Ryan Davis once, it was a memorable experience, he was amazingly nice, and high energy, he also liked to say it as he saw it. A long time goal of mine has been to be able to bench press 315 pounds. Some of you may have seen my thread about this, well today I reached a milestone into stonghood. As you can see I am pretty happy about this, just wanted to share some success toward a goal. This has been many months of non-stop work, I can't wait too finally push three plates!
