Unhappy with the ideals of the Founders, a large group of citizens of Columbia (Location) formed the Vox Populi under the leadership of Daisy Fitzroy (Character). They started as a simple protest group made up of foreign immigrants and like-minded citizens but over time they grew more violent. Their ideals are very pro communist and anti xenophobic, believing that everything should belong to them. They are currently at civil war with the Founders during Bioshock Infinite.
