Overview
Vic Tokai was founded in 1977 as Vic Tokai Corporation. They renamed the company to simply Vic Tokai in 1978. Between the years 1984 to 1997, they created numerous games for 8-bit and 16-bit consoles. They had publishing house that localized their games in Europe and the US; this company was based in California and was called Vic Tokai, Inc. As of 2014, Vic Tokai is now known as Tokai Communications and operates in the telecommunications industry.
